Yes it’s the same money as a day-date, and yes it’s a way cooler watch! The sunburst blue computer dial on this one pops, giving this piece undeniable character! 
Case and bezel: The 18K case on this piece is in great condition, bearing thick lugs. It has some light hairline scratching visible, and one small ding visible as pictured. The fluted bezel is in great condition, with sharp, defined edges.
Movement, dial, and crystal: The Cal. 3035  movment is keeping excellent time. The sunburst blue computer dial is in mint condition, and gives this piece a lot of presence. Being a sunburst dial, the depth of
the blue varies on the lighting. The saphhire crystal is in great condition, and presents the dial clearly. 
Bracelet: This piece is fitted on a high quality dark blue leather strap, and goes nicely with the blue dial/gold case.
