One of the cleanest 36MM Datejust heads I’ve seen in a long time! 
Case and bezel: The case on this one is in excellent condition, with next to no visible hairline scratching present. The 18K fluted bezel is in great condition, with defined edges.
Movement, dial, and crystal: The deep champagne dial is in great condition, with no visible marks or spots. It is presented clearly through the plexiglass crystal, which is in great condition. The Cal. 3035 quickset automatic movement is in great condition, keeping excellent time. 
Bracelet/strap: It is fitted on a leather strap with the original Rolex Buckle, which is in great condition.
